Subject to you complying with Macrotellect’s return procedures, if purchased directly from Macrotellect, any new undamaged Macrotellect device may be returned to Macrotellect provided you have used it for no more than 20 days from delivery and Macrotellect receives it within 30 days from delivery. To return the Macrotellect device, you must contact Macrotellect via cs@macrotellect.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, shipping address, and instructions. You must:
Shipping fees, handling fees, and customs duties are at your expense and will not be refunded to you. Macrotellect reserves the right to refuse or return headbands not sent in compliance with this Policy and charge you processing, shipping, and handling charges.
Except for the return rights set out in Section a., all sales are final, and you have no right to return products unless there is a defect in the Macrotellect headband covered under Macrotellect’s Limited Warranty and the headband is returned in compliance with Macrotellect’s RMA procedures.
For international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Macrotellect will not cover or reimburse such costs under any circumstances. If the buyer refuses to pay required customs fees, resulting in failed delivery or confiscation of the product, the buyer forfeits eligibility for a refund. Macrotellect’s payment page explicitly notifies customers of potential customs charges prior to purchase.
Macrotellect reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
