Return&Refund policy (a) Subject to you complying with Macrotellect’s return procedures, if purchased directly from Macrotellect, any new undamaged Macrotellect device may be returned to Macrotellect provided you have used it for no more than 20 days from delivery and Macrotellect receives it within 30 days from delivery. To return the Macrotellect device, you must contact Macrotellect via cs@macrotellect.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, shipping address, and instructions. You must: (i) ensure that the Macrotellect device is not damaged, (ii) comply with the requirements of this Policy, (iii) provide proof of purchase, (iv) package the Macrotellect headband in the original, unmarked packaging including, accessories, manuals, and documentation, (v) include the RMA number on and in the packaging, and (iv) prepay all shipping charges. Shipping fees, handling fees, and customs duties are at your expense and will not be refunded to you. Macrotellect reserves the right to refuse or return headbands not sent in compliance with this Policy and charge you processing, shipping and handling charges.

(b) Except for the return rights set out set out in this Section a., all sales are final and you have no right to return products unless there is a defect in the Macrotellect headband that is covered under Macrotellect’s Limited Warranty and the Macrotellect headband is returned to Macrotellect in compliance with Macrotellect RMA procedures.

Macrotellect reserves the right to change the policy at any time.
