"Bio-metrics Data" refers to information collected via hardware devices that reflects your brain or body state, including but not limited to EEG (brainwave), heart rate (HR), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), gyroscope data, forehead temperature, and secondary indicators derived from the raw data through algorithms (such as brain Focus value, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and Brain Attributes). These data currently cannot be used to effectively identify an individual. However, future technological advancements may enable this capability, so they are listed separately.
As of the time of this agreement's update, since there is no specific legislation or data collection regulation for Bio-metrics Data privacy in our jurisdiction (the People's Republic of China), we will follow the internationally recognized EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards for the collection, use, storage, and sharing of the Bio-metrics Data and other personal data generated by your use of our products and services.
We do not sell your neural data to third parties. We will not share identifiable Bio-metrics Data with third parties unless legally required to do so or to comply with legal processes, subpoenas, or court orders.
